Adds the Agentic Resource Discovery (ARD) schema conformance audit (ard-schema) to Lighthouse under the agentic-browsing category. This change introduces an AgentResourceDiscovery gatherer that locates ai-catalog.json manifests via robots.txt, HTML tags, HTTP Link headers, or default .well-known endpoints, and validates the manifest structure, RFC 8141 URNs, and best practices ported from the official ARD conformance test suite. Includes comprehensive unit tests, smokehouse E2E definitions, and response header capture support in the core fetcher.
