Google TTS engine is used for the following extension: US English Female Text-to-speech (by Google), and to the best of my awareness, Google voices in window.speechSynthesis.getVoices() on Chrome.
Describe the solution you'd like
Kindly release the complete source code of Google TTS source code. From my understanding it is PATTS, compiled as Native Client binary code in tts_service_<x86_64,x86_32,arm>.nexe.
