App ignores "Folder to open at app start" setting when closed from Recents view

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the app
2. Tap the three dots menu (top right corner)
3. Go to Settings → General
4. Set "Folder to open at app start" to "Internal"
5. Go back to main screen
6. Tap "Recents" button
7. Close the app (either kill app completely or just exit with turn back button)
8. Reopen the app

Expected behavior:
The app should open in Internal storage view as configured in settings.

Actual behavior:
The app opens in Recents view instead, ignoring the configured startup folder setting.

Additional context:
It seems the app is remembering the last opened view (Recents) rather than respecting the "Folder to open at app start" preference.

Device information:

• One UI version: 6.1
• App version: 8.0.0

This setting only applies to the Files tab. You probably have the Recent tab set to open by default or to remember the last tab, which is why the Recent tab opens.

Thank you for the response. I understand that 'Folder to open at app start' applies to the Files tab specifically. However, I cannot find any setting to control which tab (Files/Recents) opens when the app starts. Could you please point me to where this setting is located? Or if such a setting doesn't exist, could this be added as a feature request? My goal is to have the app always open in the Files tab showing Internal storage, not the Recents tab.

You are right, this setting is missing. It seems we lost it somewhere. We will fix it in the next version. By default, this setting is set to open the last tab.
