the touhou scene dataset release

you can also git clone and run TargetTracker/fsl_dataset.py to generate your own th10 th-dataset.

download a thdataset and unpack them to TargetTracker folder, then run train.py.

NOTE:
the positions in label/ folder have been readed in memory and it is NOT the screen position!!!
so, if you only want to get the screen position, how to transform them into screen position?
you can run funciton generate_yolo in TargetTracker/train.py

DO NOT download Source code(zip) or Source code(tar.gz), it is too old so it has too many bugs.
