Some work has been done yesterday regarding ollydbg: https://chocolatey.org/packages/ollydbg

I also contacted ollydbg2 package maintainer offering him help to co-maintain. If they don't reply, next step is to contact site admins and if that doesn't work they open an RFM here: https://github.com/chocolatey/chocolatey-package-requests/
