What's the issue you encountered?
The three decorative Maple Leaf Piles (Red Maple Leaf Pile, Orange Maple Leaf Pile and Yellow Maple Leaf Pile) all have a crafting recipe allowing the user to create them in-game...but the recipe in each case to make 3 leaf piles is...3 of the exact same leaf piles.
I would presume that the intent was that you could create leaf piles out of leaf blocks.
I applaud the creation of these decorative blocks, but I'd really like to see them craftable out of the renewable leaf block resource. Presumably, there was intent that this be possible on account of the recipe existing, even if it doesn't make sense.
How can the issue be reproduced?
Gather three of any single color of Maple Leaf Pile.
Go to a crafting table, and place them horizontally.
You will see that the recipe for creating 3 leaf piles is...the exact same 3 leaf piles.
