Not compatible with theme-api

There appears to be an incompatability between plugin-hints and theme-api.

1. The hint text is compressed, and does not take up the entire block.

2. Hints in method and sample sections aren't shown, and can cause text immediately following them not to render.

Actually, going to go out on a limb here, and guess that this is related to the gitbook issue mentioned here: GitbookIO/theme-api#3
