No gitbook emails reach inbox on work email (including initial account creation email verification)

If this affects the front-end, screenshots would be of great help.

When initially trying to create an account on the website, the verification emails never arrive, including in the spam mail, because of this its impossible to create an account for me using regular email signup. when i tried to create a different account using the github integration instead (thats bound to the same email) i get an error popup stating that the login is already in use with a different login provider (the email).

Because of this i both can not make an account, and emails for customer service also wont reach my inbox, note that this is on a work email domain from the company i work at and has always worked fine for every other employee.

Ultimally i want to be able to make the account using the github provider now, but thats not possible due to the error, what can i do to fix this?

How to reproduce

1. Try to create an account using Email
2. Recieve no verification email
3. Create an account using github linked to the same email
4. Get an error that the email is already used by an account with a different login provider (the email provider)
