[Feature] Set MSBuild property GitVersion_WeightedPreReleaseNumber

The WeightedPreReleaseNumber information is not available as a MSBuild property.

Detailed Description

The WeightedPreReleaseNumber information should be exposed as MSBuild property GitVersion_WeightedPreReleaseNumber, similar to all (or at least most of) the other GitVersion properties.

Context

MSBuild project files.

Possible Implementation

Similar to other MSBuild properties like e. g. EscapedBranchName.
