[Feature] Restore Click-n-Drag Sorting for Findings Between Severity Levels

Describe the bug

Findings cannot be click-n-dragged between severity levels. For example, you cannot click-n-drag a finding from "Medium" to "High" severity. You can click-n-drag within a severity level.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Add finding to report
2. Navigate to "Findings" view of report
3. Attempt to click-n-drag finding from its current severity to a different severity

Expected Behavior

A user should be able to click-n-drag findings between severity levels.

Additional context

Findings can be click-n-dragged within a severity level. IIRC, Ghostwriter v5 permitted click-n-drag between severity levels.

This is unfortunately a limitation put into place due to the way collaborative editing works - we are not yet able to edit a value both inside and outside of the collaborative editor. You'll have to edit the severity in the edit page.

The collaborative editor works via a server that keeps track of changes between all of the clients. That server loads the object via graphql and occasionally saves the document as changes are made. If the document changes outside of the collab server, the server will not be updated with the changes, and so those changes will be overwritten the next time the server goes to save.

Hopefully in the future we can develop a way for the web server to notify the collab server of changes like this and restore this functionality.
