Contains different test cases for react testing libaray

The following kinds of testing are included

Testing fetching data
Testing event handling
Testing timers
Testing Disaperance of elements

the mocking api requests is done using msw but older verion the current version is causing jest to fail due to esm module imports which is not obvious to solve eventhough tired many approaches.will try to fix in the feature.

also some tests for failing for no obivous reasons. check the commented lines for these.
