🎯 Goal
Closes REACT-821: Redesign SendToChannelCheckbox component according to Figma
Introduces stand-in element for the input checkbox so that the checkbox stand-in can be styled (as input cannot).
Add border at the top of the MessageComposer container to follow the latest Figma designs
