[Request]: Automatically remove desktop notifications for seen toots or in read in-app notifications

Describe the request

Unlike Fractal and other chat applications, Tuba does not seem to rescind / withdraw individual desktop notifications once they've been read in the app's notifications pane (scrolled to the particular notification) or if the toot that notified you was opened (details view) or seen through scrolling as part of a thread/timeline/etc.

Reportedly there is commented out code for this in Tuba.

#1322 re-adds withdrawing but most of your suggestions won't work or at least won't be accurate to what the server knows.

The server allows 'marking' the last notification you read, not individual ones. So if you receive 3 notifications and you happen to scroll to the middle (second) one in a thread, Tuba could either dismiss all, none or the first and the second together (mark the second notification as the last read one).

For the sake of staying accurate to the server (which is synced to other apps too), #1322 follows the same logic as marking the last notification read; when you click 'notifications' it will dismiss all desktop notifications too for your account.
