Legend filtering for GeoServer WMS layers

After this MapStore issue geosolutions-it/MapStore2#10684 is completed we should update the submodule to include the enhancements.
While updating the submodule we should also add the serverType property to layer added by the geonode catolog to ensure the new filters are added only to GeoServer layer excluding the remote WMS coming from arcgis server where we should apply, serverType no_vendor
