Horizontal/vertical scroll as left/right/up/down finger swipe gestures

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Presently vertical scroll seems to work for anything that has vertical scroll. e.g app draw or website.
Using the mouse or touchpad to 'click' and drag can be a bit laggy and unnatural feeling.
I started using scrcpy as I am getting RSI in my wrist from holding my phone.
I since bought a trackpad and a mouse with horizonal/vertical scroll.

Implementing scroll function as finger gesture will allow mouse users to do less mouse movements/button- presses making the easier to navigate. But trackpad uses will get the most benefit as it would allow them to swipe (with two fingers) and give them almost identical experience to using your finger to swipe on the phone.

I just wanted to make a correction. It seems vertical scroll works in Google Now and Web Browsers but not the App Draw. Vertical scroll in the App Draw seems to cycle between the 'Personal' and 'Work' tabs.
