Windowsだけなんやで． Visual studio 2017のソリューションファイルが入っている．

This app is only use to windows. Apply to Visual studio 2017.

Usage

1. Releaseフォルダ内のEXEファイルにCSVファイルをドラッグアンドドロップする．
2. 間引く間隔を入力する（整数）．
3. CSVファイルが同じディレクトリに出力される．

1. Drag and drop the CSV files to .EXE file that places in the Release folder.
2. Input the thinning value (Integer).
3. Output the file file to same directory.
