* Add `comments.yml` with Memer Workflow * Run Memer Action and check outputs * Create comment with greeting and meme
This commit adds the `geekbot` command to the project. Its main goal is to learn Go and the Telegram Bot API. The command handles various actions such as - responding to text messages, providing help, and echoing messages. Test go test command.
