As a developer I would like a new command that will install the cron commands required by LinuxGSM

To make it easier as part of auto deployment scripts as well as new Linux users. I would like to add a new command to add and remove the cronjobs required to run linuxgsm.

The cron jobs would likely be defaults that are recommended for LinuxGSM. If an admin wants to alter then it would need to be done manually.
