Based on quaternary's Modern 1.12 Forge Template.
It also includes my original patch that fixes Hwyla being unreacheable.
The method of using cursemaven has been tested and it locks the version to the one specified on the buildscript.
Updating Hwyla is a matter of changing
cf_hwyla_api_idandcf_hwyla_full_idon gradle.properties.Notes
The forge version had to be updated. I couldn't find
2847on the official forge maven.
