Few quick comments on a few that aren't 100% obvious...

Inside Render Viewer - Start Render = Ctrl + R / Alt + R / Ctrl + Space

Ctrl + R is taken I think, for "redo last dispatch". No objection to having a hotkey of some sort though.

Inside Render Viewer - Stop Render = Esc

Esc is used for pausing the viewer in general, but maybe it's reasonable to do that and pause the render?

Node Editor - Shift + Click = Expand / Collapse all sections

I got the impression from the original request that they want to click on the top section and have all the sections below it collapse too. But the behaviour we have in PathListingWidget dictates that only the sections inside it should collapse. We need to clarify here.

Render with Selected Shader / Render with default Shader = I

This is a Cinesite feature. We should add the feature natively at some point, but that's out of scope for this issue.
