Bring back API 16 support

Can you please bring back API 16, (or API 17) support to this project.
README says it supports API 16, but it no longer does.

Could you please specify the issue that you faced, the reason you reverted API 16 support?
Moreover "AndroidSwipeableCardStack" now supports API 14
