Reorganize Project Structure

What is that

That will reorganize all project structure separing core from the render engine, that can possibilite create other flavours of MasterUI, with others render engines a like awt, jogl and others, that will add more flexibility to manage project.

Structure chages

texel: module with TexelRender, based in LWJGL and NanoVG.
core: module with main code of project

What change of developers.

After this you need two jar files for you app work: core and texel-renderer (or other render engine)
