The new implementation uses the specific OpenAI functions for OpenAI models and normal agents with prompting for the rest of the providers. The default template is removed as it included special characters for Zephyr that might not be useful in other models (e.g., Anthropic).

What does this PR do?

Updates langchain agents to use the latest interface. Also, OpenAI models now use their specific OpenAI agents. Other providers use the default ReAct architecture, which can be customized by modifying the prompt.
