Add ChatModelWithLLMIface to use chat models

This class wraps langchain's chat models so that they expose the same interface as LLMs. Particularly useful to run OpenAI latest chat models as if they had completions interfaces.

Adds a class to expose langchain's chat models with the BaseLLM interface.
