An all-in-one Notion dashboard for students to organize their academic life β including course management, ILI/assignment tracking, semester events, exam schedules, and more.
This template was built with practicality and clarity in mind, using multiple linked databases and customizable views. Designed to help students stay organized, whether working individually or sharing with a class group.
Before duplicating the template, make sure you:
- Have a Notion account
- Are logged in to your account in the browser
Then click the βDuplicateβ button at the top-right to copy it into your workspace.

If you're comfortable with Notion databases, you may want to build or wait for an upcoming version of the Timetable as a dynamic database.
A timetable database can allow custom views like:
- Board view grouped by Day or Period
- Filtered timetable by Subject or Group
- Easy toggling of week/day schedules
I couldn't build this fully just yet β but I may update this repo if and when I successfully create it.
Alternatively, feel free to experiment and extend the system!
