TinyApp Project

TinyApp is a full stack web application built with Node and Express that allows users to shorten long URLs (à la bit.ly).

Dependencies

• Node.js
• Express
• EJS
• bcryptjs
• cookie-session

Getting Started

• Install all dependencies (using the npm install command).
• Run the development web server using the node express_server.js command.
• Register an account from /register to have full functionality
• Create short urls from /urls/new and view from the main page /urls
• Logged in users can only see , edit , delete urls they have created
• Start the server with "npm start" command in terminal
