The web version at `glvis.org/live` does not detect hi-DPI display

As a result, fonts are smaller than intended as in the desktop version.

Looking at the console it appears that while the web version does detect High-DPI displays it doesn't scale the font:

I will look into why the dpr isn't being used to set the font size

On my Windows machine with a high-ish DPI display (1.25x scaling), I have the opposite problem: fonts are getting scaled excessively large compared to the desktop version.

With glvis.org/live I see the small font (but it does resize if I resize the window):

If I build the latest mfem+glvis locally the font is big by default:

Maybe we just need to update the web version with the latest build?

@tomstitt, I assume updating to the latest GLVis version means updating the file https://github.com/GLVis/web/blob/master/src/live/src/glvis.js? What is the procedure to generate the new glvis.js? Is it just following the instructions here: https://github.com/GLVis/glvis-js#building-glvisjs?

Thanks for the reminder @v-dobrev ! I just made a PR to update. I also updated the build instructions, there were a few steps I missed

After merging GLVis/glvis-js#9, we still need to copy the new glvis.js to the GLVis/web repo, right?

I'm seeing that too... Can you try to clone https://github.com/GLVis/glvis-js and make serve? I just tried and that works for me at least. I'm not sure what would be different for glvis.org/live
