[BUG] Can't get configs when timezones are manually configured#89

I have an Xiaomi device that has problems with timezones and can't choose Iran timezone 3:30 from Xiaomi UI so I set timezone using adb command and after that I can't get config from Mahsang app and it always gets configs from backup
