unable to download

deployed with custom domain, able to upload and see the files, but downloading will return 401 status in the worker log

have tried turning on/off cors, readonly, and accessing from the original worker.dev url

found a temp fix, disabling basic auth fixed it
changed my auth to cloudflare access

same issue on only chrome. no problem on safari with basic auth enabled and custom domain.
