- modified the backend dependencies to set a specific version of pycryptodome, and pdfminer.six
- added some apt stuff to the backend dockerFile to get around gpg key errors
- added filter_properties api parameter for vector similarity search metadata filtering (allows for things like search only chunks with .gradeLevel=grade9
- added --no-cache to deploy.sh script's docker build command
