User Story/Requirement
As a customer I would like to receive a confirmation of my reply so I know my update has been received by the authority.

No

Describe the solution you want to be used
When a customer sends an email to updateus@ the customer receives an automated response confirming their update has been received and passed to the relevant persons.

N/A

Response to be confirmed by Product Owners

Acceptance Criteria*
When a customer sends an mail to updateus (that is not in response to location) Norbert will respond confirming reference number, update and SLA.
