Version 0.4.0-RC.4 not available in maven repository

I was trying to use the latest release, but 0.4.0-RC.4 can't be found, while 0.4.0-RC.3 can.

Thanks @skerit - we haven't been releasing RC's outside of our internal repo. But we probably should be, I pushed it to maven.
