What happened?
The behavior of the login policy dropdown under Applications > Edit > Multi-Factor > Multi-factor settings is glitchy in the latest FusionAuth version on Google Chrome. After opening the edit page, the dropdown can be opened a single time. Once an option is selected (or the dropdown is closed by clicking elsewhere on the page) it cannot be opened again.
