ClipDetection=Precise overrides the "Sticky Clip Indicators" preference in Reaper.
Renamed Actions
If volume is <-60dB, only send updates on change. Reduces MIDI traffic when nothing musically important is happening.
Cleaner code courtesy of Smarty.
The signal present LED on the MCU doesn't need more detailed metering. Only sending updates when necessary will reduce MIDI traffic further.
