Whenever I exit the LatencyState via F5 (the Hot Swap Button), it gives me a Null Object Reference error...

Also it would be more appropriate to switch when exiting the LatencyState to OptionsState rather than the MainMenu

Yes this was reproduced with a non modded build

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Game and go to Options
2. Enter the Input Offsets entry
3. Press F5 and get a NOR Exception
