Enhancement: Change character positions in the Spooky Mansion stage to be consistent with the remix version/Fix Monster's offsets

What is your suggestion, and why should it be implemented?

I feel this would make the character positions in the stage look less off.

Here are the .jsons for the stage and for Monster with the new offsets:

You could make this a pull request since there are provided changes, you can make one in FunkinCrew/funkin.assets. I understand those can be hard sometimes, but if you know how then please use that method instead!
