Enhancement: Debug build - Include editor UI xmls

What is your suggestion, and why should it be implemented?

Title. I'd like to be able to hot-load my changes to the menubar of the chart editor UI, for example, but I can't because they're not included in the build itself, despite it being a debug build.

Also they're technically "included" already since debug builds access the folder on the root and not the one that's included with the build. (Edit: Although checking the code seems like that's only used by Polymod? Edit 2: Renaming the included folder or moving it out of the directory doesn't break the game so I suppose I'm still correct.)

Huh. Why doesn't hotloading work when you modify the the editor xmls in the assets repo then?

The xml files for the editors are only used at compile time, modifying them will not have any effect. This is why they're included in exclude.

I see. I guess I'll just have to deal with the compile delay when checking my changes to the editor UI.

If it's the files in exclude you're out of luck, but the ones on preload do seem to update if you change them (and you don't even need to hotload) as seen in the video below.
