Bug Report: Chart Editor volume levels reset to 100% after playtest

Context (Provide images, videos, etc.)

Adjusting volume levels in the Audio tab to be less than 100% (but not 0%), playtesting the chart, then returning to the chart editor plays all lowered tracks at 100%.
Setting any slider to 0% mutes it before and after playtesting.

Steps to reproduce (or crash logs, errors, etc.)

1. Open any song
2. Lower (but don't mute) the volume of a track
3. Playtest the chart
4. Return to the chart editor
5. Hit Space to play the chart
