I don't know if you can see it on a 60hz monitor, but you can definitely see it in 144 (videos are in 144 fps). I only have noticed this issue because I've noticed that Psych Engine's notes are flowing more smooth than vanilla.

I THOUGHT I WAS GOING CRAZY WHEN I NOTICED THIS TOO!! It's not a huge deal but I would enjoy if this was changed/fixed(?)

Unfortunately it's true. I think it might only be significant on some machines or something because when the game is ported to android it seems to be on an even lower framerate. I think this is just a general issue with the game because it happens on old versions of kade engine too and the week 7 build, even though it's way more significant on those builds than this one

I think it's less noticeable on WeekEnd 1 compared to Week 7 because of the framerate bump from 60 to 144. But the issue is definitely there.
