Bug Report: New Highscore Animation plays twice

Describe the bug

The New Highscore Animation seems to play twice when the Highscore was not done multiple times in a row

To Reproduce

Highscore a song (nothing special)

Expected behavior

The animation should only play out once

Additional context

Video is from the Newgrounds build but the Issue is present in the Windows build too

Heres how i managed to reproduce it:

• Boot up FNF, go get a new highscore on any song, it should show up with the correct timing
• After going back to the menu, go pick any song and get a new highscore again, when your in the results screen the 'new highscore' sprite still stays visible and never gets hidden after last time

I don't get it. The new highscore animation should only play once, but it ends up playing multiple times after playing a few songs?

In my experience, it's completely random whether or not it'll play twice after any song I play. It doesn't matter if it's my first song or my tenth.
