[BUG] Opening the Chart Editor from a song doesn't take you to the selected difficulty

1. Open a song
2. Press the open chart key
3. The chart editor doesn't open the difficulty you're currently playing, just normal

I don't think this is intentional, shouldn't it open the difficulty you're playing?

If you're game is FROZEN and you're playing a web version, press F12 to open up browser dev window, and go to console, and copy-paste whatever red error you're getting
