Closes #23 and #398.

Changelog

  • Change "Indexing" section to "What Can I Index?" to clarify purpose
  • Add TX data from spec to Transaction section
  • Add Fuel Node section to Components
  • Add Database section to Application Dependencies
  • Move Configuration section to Getting Started to match page and folder structure
  • Add a flow diagram and explanation to Getting Started
  • Add more information to forc index page
  • Refer to forc index build in README
