`Invalid encoded byte` error on beta-3-indexer #1096

Noticed over at https://beta-3-indexer.fuel.network
I deployed the default indexer, and it ran successfully up to block number 178,778 before triggering this error
This error is a panic that kills the service (container is restarted)
Here is the elastic doc with the exact error

Additional context

Main question is: What is different about this page of blocks after 178,778 that triggers this?
- I would expect all blocks to have the same general shape/content
