Describe the bug and expected behavior

Tell me how to plot a graph of measurement results AXES_SHAPER_CALIBRATION. After the command completes, I get the recommended values ​​for the input shaper, but when plotting the graph, I get an error:
Error while generating the graphs: x and y must have same first dimension, but have shapes (78,) and (97,)
I will also add that the results of the built-in shaper differ from yours. And what is even more interesting is that if I set the values ​​that your script obtained, the artifacts during printing increase. What could be the reason or am I not taking something into account?

I get the same with COMPARE_BELTS_RESPONSES and AXES_SHAPER_CALIBRATION

I use the ADXL345 which is on Beacon.

Looks like my problems are solved after I did a full reboot of the rpi4 after klippain installation, instead of a klipper restart only.
