Hi,

the tools overview shows that the queue has a time of 3872 minutes. However, the times for the scheduled tasks are updated and it appears that they are being processed correctly. What could be the reason for the time of 3872 minutes? Is it possible that the processing is still not running correctly?

Admin work is deactivated and CLI workers are running to execute the background processes. As described here https://developer.shopware.com/docs/guides/hosting/infrastructure/message-queue.html

messenger.transport.low_priority is never at 0, not like others messenger.transport.failed and messenger.transport.async

Hi Natalia, are you sure you have a CLI worker configured that handles the low_priority queue?
