Replace Guzzle with Symfony HTTP Client

I don't see any reason to force the user to use the Guzzle client in a generic library, let alone in a Symfony bundle.

I partially agree, because if it is a "generic library" then it should also not lock to Symfony HTTP Client but instead make it so that users can use any PSR-compatible HTTP client. This gives the user the flexibility to use Guzzle, Symfony Psr18Client, or any other implementation. It is however still a Symfony bundle, so guess it makes more sense to use the Symfony HTTP Client by default (even though the default HTTP client using Symfony Contracts is not PSR-compatible out of the box).

(seeing the bundle not actively maintained not sure how much of this matters though)
