I think the data inputs for the Ripley's k and plotting functions should be the same (ie both should be lists of data frames or a single data frame). I am flexible either way but wanted to see what everyone else's opinions are - one way or another.

This will also affect they way we save plots and other objects, and should be consistent going forward.

TMA data are almost always read as list of data frames. I think list of data frames as an input for plotting function makes more sense as we want to generate marker plot for all data frames not just single data frame. This means the input for Ripley's K function would be a list of data frames if we want to be consistent. However, I'm open for discussion.
