When targeting a ranged ability, possible targets within dashed path that are blocked by others should be using dashed colored hexagons.

@DreadKnight When it comes to Ancient Beast, it doesn't matter if issue was opened years ago, this is a long term project.
Sure thing, I've assigned you to the issue. Deadline is 2 weeks, as there should be plenty of time to get this done, hopefully.
