Hi Mark,
as already posted (https://naudio.codeplex.com/discussions/656955), I´d like to contribute a high quality phase vocoding pitch shifter class that implements an NAudio ISampleProvider. A C# test application can be found here (https://github.com/Freefall63/NAudio-Pitchshifter), where I show how to use this class in realtime playback.
Further testing is welcome.
