[Bug]: SABR constantly reloads the video without buffering behind a SOCKS5 Proxy

Describe the bug

When I attempt to load a video while behind a SOCKS5 Proxy SABR countsdown then reloads the video without end.

Expected Behavior

The video buffers and I can play the video.

This issue is also occuring for me in 0.24.0. I've downgraded back to 0.23.15 and videos play like they did previously.

I tried a video without ads in 0.24.0, and it doesn't show the SABR countdown message but still refuses to play, with the buffering icon rapidly flashing in a glitchy manner. I think there may well be some bugs in 0.24.0 (which looks to be a pretty major rewrite) that need ironing out.

Same behaviour for me, with a VPN connected. Videos play as soon as I disconnect the VPN.

I also had this "SABR infinite reload" error when trying 0.24. A few videos played fine, but several others did not play at all. Going back to 0.23.15 fixed that.
